Noble Corporation is a global leader in the offshore drilling industry, and they are seeking a Legal Intern for their Summer 2026 Internship Program in Houston, Texas. This 10-week paid internship offers university students the chance to gain meaningful experience in legal support for contracts, litigation, compliance, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

Support team members in daily tasks and projects

Conduct research and analysis relevant to ongoing initiatives

Assist in preparing reports and presentations

Engage with clients or customers as needed

Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Qualification

Required

Enrolled full-time at an accredited university or college

Current Juris Doctor (JD) candidates in their 1L or 2L year, with at least one semester completed

Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Noble is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas for this program)

Currently enrolled full-time in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Preferred

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Previous internship or coursework related to studies is a plus

Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to take on new tasks

Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all assignments

Effectively prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines
