The role requires frequent interactions with customers and end users, as well as expertise in developing web applications in Microsoft SharePoint and various web technologies.

Support the full lifecycle of development including requirements management, development, testing, deployment, and customer support
Develop web applications in Microsoft SharePoint utilizing SharePoint Designer
Manage web development projects
Perform research and troubleshooting to provide superior customer service and support
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience developing web applications in Microsoft SharePoint utilizing SharePoint Designer
Demonstrated experience in Web Technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Demonstrated experience managing web development projects
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, with both technical and non-technical
Demonstrated experience being self-motivated and organized
Demonstrated experience performing research and troubleshooting to provide superior customer service and support
Preferred
Demonstrated experience in Data Visualization Tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Demonstrated experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility testing of web applications
Demonstrated experience using other JavaScript and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products/Office 365 such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience in WordPress, Confluence, and Wikis
Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create/edit graphics
Demonstrated experience with the ability and desire to adapt to frequently changing tasks and requirements and the ability to learn new skills while on the job quickly
Demonstrated experience in Relational Database Systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
