The Customer Service Specialist II will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving escalated issues from customers through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

Handle escalated customer issues and partners with logistics and/or stores to resolve
Respond to customer care email inquiries escalate to SSC, those requiring more complexactions
Answers basic trouble shooting questions or inquiries for the stores
Receives and responds to inbound calls, emails, and social media messages, accurately notatesdetails
Uses good judgment to determine when an inquiry can be resolved on initial contact orrequires escalation to achieve call/case resolution
Make accurate entries into systems, logs, etc
All other duties assigned

Qualification

Customer service experienceCall center experienceJudgmentProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

High School diploma, or equivalent
Background check required
Able to work holidays, weekends and evening shifts
Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to sit for long periods of time on the phone

Preferred

Prior work in customer service in a call center environment preferred
