They are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems in accordance with company standards and local building codes.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, and split systems

Perform preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled

Use tools such as multimeters, refrigerant gauges, and leak detectors to test and troubleshoot systems

Complete work orders and service reports using field management software

Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch, customers, and internal staff

Follow OSHA and company safety protocols at all times

Maintain company vehicle and equipment in a clean and professional manner
