They are seeking an Entry-Level Pricing Analyst to support pricing activities for their automotive aftermarket parts portfolio, working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to analyze data and optimize pricing.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update pricing models, databases, and tools
Collect and organize data related to costs, competition, and market trends
Prepare customer price files, quotes, and adjustments with accuracy and compliance
Monitor pricing performance (revenue, margin, volume) and identify trends
Conduct competitor and market analysis to support pricing decisions
Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate price positioning and customer requests
Assist with price changes driven by cost fluctuations or strategic initiatives
Create reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Participate in process improvement projects to enhance pricing workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret and communicate data clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas); Access or SQL is a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn pricing strategies in the automotive aftermarket
Preferred
Familiarity with pricing concepts (discounting, margin management)
Experience with large datasets and data analysis (internship or 1–2 years experience ideal)
