Responsibilities
Look up and identify vehicle parts using Snap-on and Dealerbuilt software
Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors to ensure accurate parts selection and delivery
Process and bill parts for services based on technician needs and work orders
Organize and maintain inventory of automotive parts
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly supplying technicians with the necessary parts
Ensure accurate part numbers, pricing, and documentation for billing
Manage part handoffs to technicians and resolve any discrepancies related to parts
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive parts sales or related field
Proficiency in Snap-on or similar automotive parts lookup systems
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including filters, components, and tools
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills to work with service advisors and technicians
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred
Basic proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools is a plus
