Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field
Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field
5 years' experience in an analytics or related field
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to solve practical problems
Solid knowledge of statistics, data modeling, or optimization
Comfort working with data tools like Python, SQL, or similar
Experience in building AI-enabled workflows or automation solutions
Familiarity with prompt engineering and guiding AI systems effectively
Curiosity and creativity to design experiments and test new ideas
Excellent communication skills to explain data-driven insights in clear, simple terms
Preferred
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations
Ability to influence stakeholders through effective story telling
Familiarity with AI-driven automation and data-powered decision support tools
Data science, machine learning, optimization models
Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R
Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
