Responsibilities

Be the technical face of Precision Resource—supporting the Sales Manager and engaging directly with customers
Identify opportunities and grow relationships in key markets (automotive, medical, aerospace, defense, firearms)
Travel across the U.S. (up to 45%) to attend trade shows, exhibit, industry events and F2F customer interaction—showcasing our capabilities and expanding our reach
Deliver clear, impactful presentations that highlight how we solve complex engineering and manufacturing challenges
As a valued TEAM member, collaborate with our brilliant engineering and production teams to make sure customer needs are not only met—but exceeded

Required

A technical background with related degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Business/Economics, etc. is favorable, but the right candidate that wants to move to sales from a proven manufacturing background is equally of interest
3+ years in a technical manufacturing, sales or sales engineering role
Familiarity with precision machining, additive manufacturing, assembly, or fine blanking (bonus if you've worked with these directly)
A natural communicator who can explain complex processes in a way that excites and builds trust
Someone who's energized by travel, networking, and representing an industry leader
Travel up to 45% of the time across the U.S
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. or protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR 120.15)
