Responsibilities

Lead and grow a cross-functional team building document intelligence, medical record analysis, and legal AI assistants

Architect and scale cloud-native AI systems using distributed systems, serverless frameworks, and multi-model architectures

Translate LLM, RAG, and generative AI research into production-ready solutions trusted by attorneys in high-stakes cases

Ship fast—prototype, iterate, and deliver features that directly improve attorney outcomes

Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation, speed, and accountability

Stay hands-on with architecture design, open-source AI tools, and performance tuning

Own product delivery end-to-end—from whiteboard to production deployment

Required

Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire technical and non-technical audiences alike
