Responsibilities

Program Manager will support, monitor and supervise the Program Associates within their program
Designs, implements, monitors, and evaluates community support services that help people live as valued, contributing and self-determined members of their community
The Manager must possess the physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to successfully supervise a diverse team
This position requires a high degree of problem-solving, flexibility, independent thinking, organization, prioritization of duties, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills

Required

Graduated from an accredited college with a BA in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech/Language Pathology, Social Work, Recreation, Art, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Nutrition, Sociology, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Psychology
Possesses at least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injuries
Prior management experience
Strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals
Possess the physical, mental, and emotional capabilities to successfully supervise a diverse team
High degree of problem-solving, flexibility, independent thinking, organization, prioritization of duties, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills
