Responsibilities
Develop and manage the commissioning plan required for the project based on project needs
Review Commissioning Schedule to align with project goals and timelines
Review Testing and Validation process and documentation from Vendor and third parties
Coordinate and oversee the work of the commissioning team members
Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers, commissioning and operational teams to ensure project objectives and requirements are met
Supervise and train commissioning team on documentation and analytical procedures required for the project
Maintain the commissioning records, test scripts and reports available for review and provide updates to project management regarding progress and issues
Discuss with commissioning team means and methods to resolve issues minimizing cost and delays
Ensure and enforce the company EHS policies and procedures during the commissioning process
Serve as liaison between the company and the GC/Owner commissioning team in terms of coordination of work and inspections
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years in the electrical construction field
Minimum of 1-3 years of management experience in construction environment performing QC/QA/COMMISSIONING role
Knowledge in Electrical and QC/QA/COMMISSIONING standards and testing methodologies
Experience with electrical testing procedures and troubleshooting
Experience with relevant software, such as MS Office, Autodesk Construction Cloud Build, Egnyte, CXAlloy, Bluebeam, etc
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent data collection and analytical skills
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork attitude
Clean OMV, drug test results, and background check
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in administration or engineering field preferred
