Advise on product pipeline strategy, innovation, and category expansion
Provide market insights & trend analysis to guide product decisions
Support in supplier vetting, negotiations, and compliance checks
Review and refine formulations, packaging, and positioning for market fit
Mentor and advise the full-time product development team
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in product development within CPG, beauty, supplements, or related categories
Strong network of suppliers & industry contacts
Regulatory & compliance knowledge
Ability to distill complex challenges into actionable recommendations
8+ years in product development leadership
Track record of successful launches and exits
Preferred
Prior experience scaling products via Amazon or DTC
Background in M&A, exits, or product licensing
