They are seeking an Administrative Volunteer to assist in coordinating Volunteers and Interns, performing basic recruitment functions under the direction of the Recruitment Department Manager.

Review resumes and screen against minimum qualifications
Make calls to students and community members interested in volunteering at FHCSD
Data entry, complete basic new hire paperwork and HRIS functions
Perform other duties as assigned

Administrative experience
Passion for mission oriented, non-profit organizations
Strong computer abilities and communication skills
Ability to create and stick with a regular in office schedule
Ability to work well in both a team-based environment and independently
Demonstrated ability to be culturally sensitive and respect diversity
