Organize and verify the completeness of loan application

Disclose each loan in accordance with regulations and bank policy

Inputting proper loan information into the system for disclosing

Ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy

Ordering of third party vendors

Reviewing file documentation for disclosing

Meeting crucial deadlines

Assist Originator with acceptance of applications as needed. Performing any additional duties/activities as assigned by management

Manage own professional improvement through the utilization of the Quarterly Job Progress Plan

Engage in Landmark National Bank Culture initiatives and team success activities, Huddles and Celebration events

Adhere to bank policies and procedures

Perform other duties and projects as assigned
