Responsibilities
Drive data engineering and data modeling efforts to unify manufacturing data domains (MES, AMHS, SPC/APC, FDC, scheduling) into a consistent knowledge base
Define and deliver a decision support & workflow automation framework that blends AI/ML, analytics, and human expertise
Build agentic AI systems to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate root-cause analysis, and improve decision quality
Establish standardized decision models and knowledge graphs for cross-factory use, ensuring scalability and reusability
Deliver early wins with rule-based workflows and dashboards, progressing toward adaptive AI/LLM-driven automation
Deliver measurable improvements in decision cycle time, labor efficiency, knowledge retention, and operational predictability
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree
Experience in AI-driven decision support and workflow automation
Proven track record in data engineering and data modeling
Ability to unify manufacturing data domains into a consistent knowledge base
Experience in defining and delivering decision support & workflow automation frameworks
Knowledge of AI/ML, analytics, and human expertise integration
Experience in building agentic AI systems
Ability to establish standardized decision models and knowledge graphs
Experience in delivering rule-based workflows and dashboards
Ability to deliver measurable improvements in decision cycle time, labor efficiency, knowledge retention, and operational predictability
