Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces
Remove trash and recycling in accordance with building procedures
Restock supplies in restrooms and cleaning stations
Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly
Follow all safety and sanitation policies
Maintain cleanliness of entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and outdoor spaces
Assist with garbage collection and disposal
Help with minor maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, etc.)
Monitor and restock janitorial supplies
Set up or break down furniture for events, as needed
Ensure building cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, walking) for extended periods
Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and behavior
Preferred
Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or porter experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
