Responsibilities

Reviewing environmental databases and historical resource documents
Reviewing environmental and safety related documents in a virtual data room
Conducting due diligence assessments consistent with ASTM Phase I standards and other global protocols, including broad-based limited compliance assessments at industrial and commercial facilities
Prepare concise TAS due diligence reports, liability estimations etc., and other deliverables that assess potential environmental liability risks, compliance and operational status
Collaborate and coordinate with TRC personnel, offices and different practices throughout the US and UK
Execute projects that involve:
Analyzing company or portfolio EHS risks and controls for clients during transaction due diligence or asset management
Identifying post-acquisition value-creation opportunities to develop and maintain private equity client’s EHS strategies
Contribute to TAS’s team-oriented culture in creating a productive, collaborative and innovative advisory services business within TRC
Some travel is required

Qualification

Required

5-7 years of experience in EHS due diligence and/or ESG and Sustainability management or consulting
Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidence presenting to large groups, proposal writing, and enjoy networking and meeting new people
Self-motivated and results oriented, with a positive, 'can do' attitude

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in sustainability, engineering, public policy, or environmental science with relevant work experience preferred in business, corporate social and environmental issues, or related fields
