They are seeking a Field Engineer to support various projects, ensure compliance with contract documents, document field activities, and maintain installation logs while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Support various projects (micropiles, aggregate piers, and rigid inclusion) to ensure compliance with contract documents
Document field activities, observations, and performance of load testing
Maintain detailed field installation logs, track overages, and monitor the number of piles installed, as well as other aspects of project installation
Communicate effectively with field crews and the design team
Troubleshoot changes in field conditions during the construction phase
Foster positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues
Track deadlines and manage project timelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (geotechnical, civil, construction management) or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
Must be highly organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
Exhibits strong written and oral communication skills and practices effective listening
Collaborate with field personnel and management to quickly resolve issues
This position requires heavy travel, often at short notice, to various project sites
Excellent attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety
Highly organized with a systematic approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Analytical, with the ability to view issues from multiple perspectives
