Market to $50K - $1MM premium accounts
Achieve and maintain a high closing ratio on quoted accounts
Participate in production meetings to strategize on closing probabilities
Engage with a dedicated Account Service Team for support functions on accounts
Qualification
Required
Independent & motivated Commercial Producers
Ability to build a Book & Earnings
Willingness to participate in a 10 Week Partner Training Program (PTP)
Ability to strategize on enhancing closing probability in weekly production meetings
Willingness to undergo extensive support and preparation for License Exam
Ability to utilize Salesforce for account management and sales
Ability to work with a dedicated Account Service Team for support functions
