Triaging well and sick animals
Helping take care of customer's needs with medications and diets
Processing paperwork
Handling financial transactions
Discussing billing, appointment reminders and other notifications to patients
Communication in timely and effective methods with veterinarians and other team members

Excellent communication skills
Adaptable to the demands of the day
Ability to work efficiently, and remain calm during stressful situations
