Responsibilities
Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to take ownership of their work and contribute to active, complex matters pending in state and federal court
Preferred candidates will have experience propounding and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, and drafting dispositive motions and pre-trial motions
Trial experience is preferred but not required
Experience defending class actions also a plus but not required
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have an excellent academic background
Proven skills in writing, analysis, research
Must be a self-starter who is able to take ownership of their work
Contribute to active, complex matters pending in state and federal court
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California
Preferred
Experience propounding and responding to written discovery
Taking depositions
Drafting dispositive motions and pre-trial motions
Trial experience is preferred but not required
Experience defending class actions also a plus but not required
