Stockman Bank of Montana is seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Personal Lines Account Executive to support the growing needs of their Helena clients. The role involves developing profitable relationships with customers, handling renewals and policy changes, and working closely with producers and underwriters.

Responsibilities

Develop profitable relationships with existing and new customers

Promote and adhere to up-sell, cross-sell, and round-out requirements toward all existing and prospective customers

Serve as the trusted point of contact for your clients, building long-term relationships through responsiveness and professionalism

Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes with accuracy and care

Work closely with producers and underwriters to prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverages

Maintain up-to-date records in our agency management system (we use Applied Epic)

Required

3+ years of experience in property & casualty personal lines

Strong working knowledge of personal lines insurance products and markets

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational habits

A team mindset and a positive, community-focused attitude

Ability to travel – approximately 25% travel required

Preferred

Active Montana Property & Casualty license
