Responsibilities
Partnering with business leaders to define reporting and analytics requirements
Providing insight into analytics process to generate new and updated metrics and reporting
Translating business needs into clear functional requirements and specifications for technical teams
Validating and interpreting data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Maintaining and updating dashboards and reports to confirm usability and alignment with organizational priorities
Coordinating with technical staff to prioritize development, enhancements, and maintenance of reporting systems
Monitoring data quality and escalating issues as needed
Driving adoption and training business users on how to leverage dashboards and analytics tools
Reviewing and providing quality control for report development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field
8+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, consulting, finance, accounting, or economic field with an emphasis on using data to support decisions or advanced degree and 6+ years of experience
Must have expert knowledge of Power PI
Must have familiarity with data environments (e.g. SQL) to be able to understand capabilities and constraints
Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to connect data insights to business objectives
Able to collect and translate requirements into actionable reporting specifications
General understanding of financial and accounting principles, particularly the Order to Cash process
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Adaptability in handling multiple evolving tasks
Highly motivated, hard-working, eager to learn and able to motivate others
Preferred
Experience in the medical device industry
Understanding of common ERP and CRM software packages (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
Knowledge of data transformation, cleansing, or automation concepts (Python, VBA, ETL tools), even if not primary executor
