Senior Manager of Human Resources & Operations
America On Tech is an organization focused on preparing the next generation of technology leaders from underestimated communities. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources & Operations to ensure operational soundness in human resources and compliance, while enhancing processes for the organization.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of people, culture, and talent management, including screening & hiring, onboarding, performance management, conflict resolution, professional development, and offboarding
Manage and ensure the on-boarding of employees and contractors onto payment systems
Manage and ensure timely processing of payments/reimbursements to contractors and staff by managing one Part-time Operations Managers
Ensure compliance with government regulations (employment, charitable registrations, and more)
Oversee insurance portfolio and needs including workers compensation, director’s insurance, etc
Help enhance internal controls to ensure efficiencies of human resources and operations
Manage the ordering and delivery of hardware and software for staff and contractors throughout the year
Manage organizational licenses with vendors and suppliers by managing one Part-time Operations Managers
Collaborate with Leadership team to assist on projects/deliverables where needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in the Education or Nonprofit sector
Experience with Gusto, TriNet, Quickbooks, Bill.com, Google suites, and Salesforce
SHRM or other HR recognized certifications
Eager to strengthen and build out processes and functions
