Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of secure software development strategies, integrating robust security measures into the CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with development, IT operations, and security teams to advocate best practices for application security
Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities across enterprise applications and infrastructure
Design and maintain secure architecture patterns that address business security requirements
Establish security policies, standards, and frameworks to maintain a secure coding environment
Conduct regular security audits and penetration tests to ensure system integrity and protect sensitive data
Stay informed on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to continually advance Vidoori’s security posture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Cyber Security, or a related field
10+ years of experience in DevSecOps, application security, or software development with security focus
Must be eligible to obtain and hold a Public Trust clearance
Proven expertise in implementing secure SDLC and CI/CD processes
Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements such as NIST, ISO 27001, and OWASP
Experience with security tools like static code analysis, vulnerability scanners, and container security solutions
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and security tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to drive initiatives independently
Strong communication skills to effectively guide and influence security decisions across teams
