ISS Facility Services is seeking a SkillBridge Intern for the Maintenance Technician role, aimed at individuals transitioning from military service. In this role, you will respond to building emergencies, perform routine checks, and support your team in various maintenance tasks to ensure the facility runs smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities

Respond to building emergencies
Tackle basic plumbing & electrical work
Monitor contractors & vendors to make sure projects get done right
Perform routine building checks and keep everything safe, secure, and running smoothly
Support your team with punch-list items, safety checks, and special projects
Jump in wherever needed - because no two days look the same!

Qualification

Required

High school diploma (or equivalent) and/or trade school training
3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, facilities, or related work
Comfortable using both powered and non-powered tools
Strong communication skills
A self-starter who works well on a team and under pressure
