Help transition from founder-led sales into a scalable and repeating sales process

Become a product and domain expert

Sell consultative and teach prospects something at every touch point

Pay attention to detail and maintain a clean sales pipeline

Send perfect follow-up emails on time

Find areas of improvement and leverage tools/technology for scaling the sales team

Build a sales process from the ground up

Close deals and establish a repeatable process for the go-to-market team

Treat sales as a listening exercise and bring learnings about the market back to the overall company

Model out scenarios without requiring the help of an analyst
