Senior Global Account Manager
NexGen Networks is seeking a Senior Global Account Manager to develop and close new revenue opportunities. The role involves achieving revenue targets, maintaining customer relationships, and providing competitive proposals to enhance customer service.

Responsibilities
Achieve monthly revenue targets
Schedule and attend sales meetings to present the nexgen networks value proposition and identify new opportunities
Provide competitive proposals, highlighting nexgen networks value proposition
Act as primary point of contact for customers providing a high level of customer service to all nexgen networks customers
Develop strong relationships with decision makers and influencers within accounts
Maintain account information in crm system
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of ethernet, ip and networking technology
Strong understanding of competitive landscape in metro ethernet and ip market
7-10 years selling wan and ip technologies to enterprise, government/education, media or healthcare
Minimum bachelors degree
Preferred
Background in network engineering
Knowledge of facilities based fiber business within our footprint
Preferably working within metro ethernet or, fiber optic, data niche of the telecomm market
Proficiency in microsoft office suite
Proficiency in crm applications
