Responsibilities

Collaborate with marketing teams to drive sales development activities

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in the aluminum flat product industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional language preferred
Proven experience in team management and performance tracking
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; skilled at managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
No restrictions on international travel
Residing in or willing to relocate to Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapakli, or Ergene, Turkey

Preferred

Knowledge of an additional language preferred
