The Landscape Install Project Manager will lead and oversee multiple installation crews, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects while managing production planning, scheduling, and team development.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with the Director of Landscape Development to schedule projects as needed
Reading and interpreting landscape and irrigation blueprints and articulating to staff
Laying out plants, materials, and any other job-specific items as needed
Providing production planning, oversight, and guidance to foremen and team members on construction job sites to ensure deadlines are met and customer expectations are met
Identifying opportunities to improve production methods and provide additional training to team members
Understanding and contributing to profitability goals through proper planning of monthly operations, including management of labor, materials, and subcontractor costs and review of financial reports and results
Overseeing hiring and staffing needs of the department to ensure teams are appropriately staffed
Demonstrating ongoing leadership of a safety-oriented culture and holding all team members accountable for following safety procedures
Continuously mentoring foremen to lead teams and develop crew member talent
Qualification
Required
Experience in landscape installation management
Ability to read and interpret landscape and irrigation blueprints
Strong leadership skills to oversee multiple installation crews
Experience in production planning and scheduling
Knowledge of procurement processes
Experience in hiring and training crew members
Ability to provide oversight and guidance on construction job sites
Understanding of profitability goals and financial management
Commitment to a safety-oriented culture
Ability to mentor and develop team members
