Customer Success Specialist

The Customer Success Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, resolving issues and enhancing the customer experience while ensuring that each patient receives the necessary support and respect.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional technical, billing, and general support via phone, text, and email
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely, accurate manner
Deliver clear, professional technical explanations and complete solutions to customers
Build trust and increase repeat business through customer satisfaction and reliability
Take ownership of customer issues, anticipating and resolving future complications before they arise
Collaborate with your team and management by sharing insights that improve internal processes and customer experience
Recommend and help implement support process improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency
Maintain professionalism in all interactions, demonstrating urgency, empathy, and flexibility
