AR collections and related activities
Customer and vendor research
(AR) invoicing and revenue tracking; (AP) subcontract status tracking (retainage, billed vs. contract)
Special projects as assigned
Managing high-volume collections while maintaining professional customer relationships
Coordinating across multiple departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies
Adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
BA/AS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
2+ years of hands-on accounting or finance experience
Experience with AR collections and/or AP processes
