Responsibilities
Determine hardware, software and systems specifications and configuration requirements
Execution of the patching, fixing and making all assigned systems compliant
Planning, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Hyper V, Microsoft Server 2008 R2, Server 2012 R2, Server 2016, client products across multiple networks and network storage
Provide support to users in the areas of account management, enterprise applications, desktop applications and peripherals
May work closely with the ISSO for data transfers and media creation
Facilitate and coordinate user account creation and modification
Perform other hardware and software tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements
A High School Diploma plus 10 years of experience or a Bachelors Degree in related discipline from an accredited college or university plus 8 years of experience is required
Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility, Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information and a willingness to submit to a counterintelligence polygraph
DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II or higher
Working technical competency in one or more of the following supported platforms: Microsoft Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers, MS Hyper-V/VMWare/ESx/Xen Hypervisors, Enterprise networking/firewalls/intrusion detection/prevention systems, forensic analysis/vulnerability assessment, Group Policy management and configuration, Scripting, BMC Footprints, WSUS, Lumension, Bitlocker, SQL Server 2012, TomCat, IIS, Windows Server 2012r2/2016, Win 10, Red Hat 6.5, Microsoft Office
Toolkits, SEIMs, Logrhythm, ACAS/Nessus/SCAP, mandatory/role-based access control concepts (e.g. SE Linux extensions to RHEL, PitBull, AppArmor, and Sentris), video teleconferencing/VOIP, Oracle/MS SQL database security and Apache/IIS Web server security
