Responsibilities
Support customers through the full lifecycle of an SAP S/4 HANA Cloud implementation—from discovery to post-go-live support with a specific focus on extensions, enhancements, and integrations
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to gather technical and business requirements, design scalable solutions across app dev, automation and integration. Including the selection of the best tool for the task in accordance with SAP best practices
Operational knowledge of common business processes in finance, logistics, or manufacturing domains, depending on client needs
Lead system setup, integrations, extensions, application development, data migrations, user authorizations, and technical configuration to ensure end-to-end functionality and performance
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning throughout the implementation cycle
Deliver technical expertise on cloud architecture, extensibility options, and integration methods (including BTP, APIs, and third-party systems)
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for live cloud customers, ensuring issue resolution and continuous optimization
Stay current on SAP S/4 HANA innovations, SAP roadmap updates, and best practices to deliver strategic and cutting-edge solutions
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
An SAP Certified Professional Solution Architect - SAP BTP
Minimum 5 years of technical hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations, preferably Public Cloud
Proven hands-on experience in several BTP technologies such as Integration Suite, Business Application Studio, SAP Build, Fiori Apps, Extensions, ABAP
Ability to mentor a team of technical resources while providing hands-on expertise in SAP cloud architecture, extensibility, and integration technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you can work directly with clients and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deliverables
Passion for customer success and delivering measurable business value through technology
Preferred
Familiarity with ERP competitors such as Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or Epicor is an asset
