This role focuses on driving revenue through the cobrand credit card and gift card programs by owning marketing strategy and leading performance analysis to inform business decisions and optimize results.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive gift card acquisition, engagement, and spend
Manage day-to-day relationship with gift card issuer
Oversee operations, training, testing, system integrations, analysis and product development needs for gift card program
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to forecast, manage and analyze and report on program performance metrics
Streamline operational processes, including reporting automation and ongoing analyses for sales, redemption, and breakage of Gift Cards for executive visibility
Collaborate with third party vendors and agency partners on creative and content development Cobrand Credit Card
Lead performance reporting and analytics to track against acquisition and engagement targets and identify growth opportunities
Partner with Business Intelligence and issuing bank to enhance dashboards and reporting tools
Translate data into actionable insights to inform acquisition and engagement strategies
Collaborate with research teams to understand cardholder behavior and product feedback
Ensure compliance in partnership with the issuing bank
Support strategic initiatives and manage budget tracking and forecasting

Required

Minimum of 5 years experience in data driven marketing; experience with payment products preferred
Loyalty or partnership marketing experience is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
Strong analytical thinker with a track record of turning data into insights
Demonstrated ownership of projects from strategy through execution, with attention to detail and outcomes
Clear and confident communicator, experienced in presenting to senior stakeholders
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment including external partners
Skilled project manager with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Collaborative and influential, with strong relationship management skills
Well-rounded marketer with experience in multiple channels inclusive of digital and email
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify key issues, assess impact, and develop strategic action plans
