Padmore Global Connections is seeking a Community Based Contract Compliance Auditor to join their regional team. This role involves conducting on-site monitoring and reviews of DCS community based contracted provider businesses to ensure compliance and accuracy in billing and service delivery.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site monitoring and reviews of DCS community based contracted provider businesses
Evaluate DCS services and billing to assure there are no errors and billing has been performed appropriately
Educate, recommend and create plans of corrections when any errors are found
Conduct audits throughout DCS regions 9, 10, and 11
Perform comprehensive reviews of a provider's practices from point of service to billing
Pursue any financial damages to the state within this process
Travel in a team to DCS contracted provider locations to conduct reviews and audits
Suggest process improvement within the team and within the division
Adhere to all applicable state laws, policies, service standards, and procedures
Participate in trainings to maintain a full understanding of their position and its responsibilities

Required

Experience in conducting audits or reviews
Knowledge of DCS services and billing practices

Understanding of state laws, policies, service standards, and procedures
