Responsibilities
Architect and implement scalable integration solutions using Boomi platform
Lead API strategy and lifecycle management, ensuring secure, performant, and reusable services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs across retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels
Manage integration roadmap aligned with YETI’s digital transformation initiatives
Oversee development teams and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Establish integration governance, standards, and best practices
Support data synchronization, event-driven architecture, and real-time analytics enablement
Drive continuous improvement in integration performance, reliability, and scalability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven expertise in Boomi/MuleSoft platforms (Boomi preferred)
Strong background in API architecture, including RESTful services, GraphQL, and API gateways
Experience integrating retail systems such as POS, ERP (SAP), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and eCommerce platforms
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and hybrid integration models
Must have managed onshore/offshore teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Must have the right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Certifications in Boomi and/or MuleSoft
Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms
Knowledge of retail compliance standards (PCI-DSS, GDPR)
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps practices
