Knowledgeable in multiple trades
Preferred
Certifications in Lead Safe, WEDI, Onyx, etc
Ability to Diagnose, Assess, and Direct other craftsmen over the phone
Experience in overseeing the execution of systems in the field
Ability to respond well to difficult situations
