Assist multinational companies with their international and domestic labor and employment issues
Defend clients in litigation in both state and federal court
Lead cross-border and multi-disciplinary employment projects providing commercially practical support for clients’ global operations
Handle a diverse range of employment matters including litigation of multijurisdictional class and collective cases and high stakes, complex disputes
Qualification
Required
2-6 years of employment litigation experience
Strong academic credentials
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent writing skills, e.g., Law Review
Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar
Ability to function smoothly in a global team environment with culturally diverse team members
Preferred
Major top tier law firm experience in an employment litigation practice
Federal judicial clerkship
