Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Regency ABA is dedicated to providing compassionate and holistic Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and their families. They are seeking a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide caregiver training in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Mental Health Care

Responsibilities

Supervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person based on BACB and insurance standards
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports
Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Provide caregiver training and support using ABA principles
Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate
Review and analyze data, monitor progress, and adjust programming as needed

Qualification

BCBA CertificationClinical experience in ABAData analysisABA softwareHolistic ABACommunication skills

Required

Active BCBA Certification (BACB)
Must maintain CEUs and credentials in good standing
Clinical experience working with children and families in ABA settings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with data analysis and ABA software

Preferred

Knowledge of Dr. Greg Hanley's methods and a holistic ABA approach is a plus
