Required

An Educational Specialist or a Terminal/Doctorate degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Instructional Technology, Learning Technology, Learning Design and Technology, or a related discipline is required at the time of hire
Experiences in effectively teaching on Instructional Technology, or Learning Design and Technology topics to young adults, aspiring or practicing educators (e.g., university teaching, faculty professional development, etc.)
Experience in instructional technology in PreK-12 contexts, higher education, corporations, government and agencies, or other organizations

Preferred

Experience teaching on-line or hybrid courses
Record of past teaching at the graduate or undergraduate level
Demonstrated expertise in current learning technologies
Teaching philosophy and how you will advance student success in the School of Instructional Technology and Innovation at KSU
Portfolio showcasing knowledge, skills and competencies in Instructional Technology or Learning Design and Technology
