Responsibilities

Track and report daily KPI performance in warehouse operations; generate insights and operational analysis reports

Ensure adherence to warehouse quality standards, policies, and procedures through routine inspections (e.g., inventory audits, shipping/receiving checks, and value-added services)

Partner with the operations team to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives

Monitor daily workflow, identify root causes of errors, and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training manuals

Maintain and review daily error recap reports with supervisors or managers

Support onboarding and training of new team members; assist in staff development and report progress of Encoders and Sorters-in-training

Conduct audits to detect misroutes, mis-sorts, labeling errors, and rack misplacements; trace errors to origin and provide corrective actions
