Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and consultation to employers on their employee benefit programs

Assist employers with a range of employee sizes, from as few as 25 employees to large enterprises

Advocate for clients at every level of their benefits program, ensuring they receive comprehensive support

Develop, implement, and manage employee benefit plans tailored to client needs

Educate clients on the complex nature of employee benefits regulation to ensure compliance

Conduct regular reviews and updates of benefit programs to align with regulatory changes and client requirements

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or questions

Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate, ensuring clients and their employees are well-informed and supported

Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments

Analyze market conditions and competitor offerings to provide clients with competitive and innovative benefit solutions

Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and integrated services to clients

Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and drive continuous improvement
