Tricolor Auto Group, LLC is seeking a motivated and determined individual for the role of Automotive Assistant Sales Manager. The main purpose of this role is to lead and manage the sales team, ensuring sales goals are met while providing training and support to associates.

Responsibilities

Interview, hire, train, and direct the work of sales associates for appropriate headcount needs

Establish goals and monitor the performance of all sales consultants

Implement Store's monthly sales plan consistent with territory goals and objectives and sales forecasts

Work closely with Territory Manager to create and deliver store’s specific marketing initiatives

Achieve monthly sales targets by managing, coaching, and training the sales team to achieve optimum performance for the store

Required

Sales-driven person - A dedicated individual with a proven track record of achieving or overachieving sales goals

Bilingual - English and Spanish

Open schedule - willing to work long hours

Driver´s License - valid with a clean record

Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – 3+ years of Supervisory / Management experience

Preferred

Retail Supervisory / Manager experience

Auto Sales Manager experience
