The role involves performing CAD drafting, preparing site/civil drawings, and providing office support while ensuring productivity objectives are met.

Responsibilities
Perform CAD Drafting while utilizing survey field data
Prepare Site/Civil drawings including grading, utility and E&S plans
Prepare various forms of site/civil details and exhibits
Provide office support; this includes performing area, slope and volume computations
Ensure scheduling and productivity objectives are achieved
Field work (on an as-needed basis) observing construction and assisting surveyors
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
5+ years of professional experience or post high school education in Civil Design and/or Civil Drafting
Preferred
Proficiency with engineering CADD tools; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus!
Proficiency on all standard Microsoft Office software applications
Proven ability to perform and engage in physically-demanding work, especially manual labor in a field-based capacity
Proven ability to utilize technical mathematics
Proven ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
Proven ability to work in a self-motivated manner while effectively multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple assignments
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); proven active listening skills is a plus!
