Program Manager

Government Administration
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual and operational matters
Manage and oversee daily operations and performance under the Task Order
Ensure full compliance with contract requirements, deliverables, and performance metrics
Implement quality control procedures and manage performance monitoring activities
Coordinate closely with the KO and COR to ensure alignment with Government expectations
Prepare and submit required documentation, including designation of key personnel (CDRL D004), within specified timelines
Respond promptly and effectively to Government requests or administrative needs
Nominate and justify replacement personnel, if needed, in accordance with contract stipulations
May serve in a dual-role capacity, performing both PM duties and other responsibilities under the TO
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within the designated hours and respond to urgent requirements as necessary
Master's degree in business management or related field
Proven experience with Government contracting policies and procedures and managing large-scale Government projects of similar size and scope
Experience with finance for an HQ level military entity
Experience working for or supporting the National Guard Bureau
At a minimum, a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) or an equivalent or higher investigation
Preferred
Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification is highly desired
PMP Certification or equivalent project management credential
Experience working with Federal agencies in a similar PM capacity
Familiarity with contract data requirements (CDRLs) and task order management tools
