Achieve Sales and Revenue Goals established by Management

Create, adapt, and deliver influential group and individual presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents, and others

Update customer databases & document daily & weekly activities

Analyze sales trends and market conditions to identify opportunities

Develop relationships and maintain visibility in the market area by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community and real estate events

Understand company’s products and services and accurately explain them to customers

Required

3 - 5 years of successful sales/business development experience in the residential title/real estate industry

Completion of a 4-year college degree or equivalent training and experience

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Strong communication and negotiation skills
