Responsibilities
Design, debug, and maintain CCD vision systems for production lines, including positioning, inspection, and recognition applications
Develop and optimize vision inspection algorithms to improve detection accuracy and system stability
Select and tune cameras, lenses, and lighting systems to optimize image quality and inspection performance
Integrate vision systems with PLCs, robots, and MES systems to enable automated production workflows
Analyze and resolve on-site vision system issues and drive corrective and preventive actions to closure
Prepare vision-related technical documentation, work instructions, and training materials
Support new production line ramp-up, equipment FAT/SAT, and mass production launch
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience with industrial vision systems
Familiar with mainstream vision platforms such as Keyence, Cognex, Halcon, VisionPro, or similar systems
Strong understanding of industrial cameras, lenses, and lighting principles
Preferred
PLC communication and on-site debugging experience is a plus
