Lead a high-performing team of 30-50 real estate agents
Recruit, support, and coach your team of agents to help customers accomplish their buying and selling goals
Earn a share of your team’s production
Provide agents with booked appointments with serious sellers, access to unique client products to help them close, and best-in-class training and support

Qualification

Required

An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the greater Austin area
3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
