Postdoctoral Research Associate-Fatigue and Underlying Neurobiology (FUN) Lab
The University of Florida is seeking a motivated postdoctoral fellow to join the Fatigue and Underlying Neurobiology (FUN) Lab, directed by Dr. Agostina Casamento-Moran. The successful candidate will investigate the neurobiological mechanisms of fatigue and post-exertional malaise in Long COVID and other syndromes, while also receiving mentorship to develop their scientific career.

Responsibilities
Join a dynamic, interdisciplinary team investigating the neurobiological mechanisms of fatigue and post-exertional malaise in Long COVID, ME/CFS, and other syndromes
Conduct innovative research and collaborate with the research team
Receive active mentorship and institutional support to develop independent fellowships/grant proposals
Qualification
Required
PhD in neuroscience, kinesiology, biomedical engineering, or related field
Demonstrated experience in human research and data analysis
Record of scholarly publications and scientific communication skills
Proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, R)
Preferred
Experience with fMRI, EEG, and/or psychophysiological methods
Familiarity with research on fatigue, motor control, and/or interoception
Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and translational research
